What is your return and exchange policy?
We will take back any, online, return or exchange of clothing both in store or through mail carrier, within 30 days of purchase. Items need to have original tags still attached and original receipt of purchase.
Email us at email@example.com to start your return process, and return label will be provided for you.
If you purchased the item in store, you have 7 days to return or exchange with original tags attached and original purchase receipt.
How fast do items get shipped out?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional two business days.
